Customer Service Representative
Position Description: Full-Time + Non-Exempt + Experience Preferred
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be responsible for providing effective customer services for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures as well as communicating effectively with team members within the company. The CSR is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies by assisting with orders, account questions, billing, cancellations, errors and complaints and other queries. Candidates must also be willing to follow all established policy and safety guidelines in a drug-free workplace.
